I ordered a case for my Nokia *.* Plus phone.. Their company said it will be delivered in * business days. On the **th day, when there was no update I asked them about the status, no reply on their whatsapp no. (They don't even have a customer care number). I contacted them multiple times, no response. Finally, I got a message on the **st-**nd day of ordering that my order is on the way. And when I received the order, it wasn't even the fit for my phone not even close. I contacted them for a replacement, again no reply nor email revert. Such pathetic service. They won't even process any refund. Maybe that's why they don't even have a Cash on Delivery policy so they can fool and mint money out of the customers. This firm should be reported and shut down!

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
