Gamri - incorrect product delivered customer care unresponsive

I ordered two pairs of shoes, of which * pair is an incorrect type delivered.
Since receiving the order, its been * days, and Gamri hasnt responded to a single email, their phone number is switched off, nor responded to a single message on social media, and of course not gotten the pickup initiated nor refunded a single penny.
Its an unethical company, which is simply making a fool of customers. Never order from them.
