So I ordered a pair of shoes from www.gamri.in, I ordered it for ****, the day my shoe arrived , I saw on their site a sale going on and the shoe that I bought was available for ****. So I placed a return request and ordered a new pair the same day. I received a confirm message on whatsapp stating return request has been received and they'll reach back to me in **-** hours. ** hours later the new pair of shoes arrived but no updates on the return of the previously ordered shoe. I tried mailing them, no response and then I tried to call them on the mobile number listed on their platform, and it has been switched off for the last * days now.
* days has passes and no response yet and I have kinda lost hope for a refund and a loss of **** rs.
