I had place two orders on Swiggy (**rd June and **th June respectively). As soon as the items were delivered I had checked and reported the issue to the customer support team. For **rd June order it was from Best buddy's cafe restaurant and had placed order for * quantity of Lung Fung soup whereas I only received one and also sent a picture of it to the customer support team. For order of **th June, it was from Five star Premium restaurant and had asked for * quantity of sweet bun whereas I was delivered just normal buns. I have reported the issue for both the orders and also attached images as evidence but the customer support team denied to even examine them and sent me a sub standard template based answer. They denied any kind of compensation and didn't even follow up with the restaurant. This is sheer unprofessionalism and they just want to take money and not resolve any issues.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Dear team I ordered in swiggy but poor food delivered in night.
Received demage cake. Problem not solved
I ordered my food which had an order of * rotis and i was delivered * i refised to continue with the order they started negotiating with a refund of rs * which i refused.
