I have ordered a wall art from pepperfry but the product that I received does not match with the image shown in the website.The quality is very poor and the design is completely different.I lodged a complaint but they informed me that they won’t be able to return as the merchant validated the product!Ordr ID *********.
They are cheating customers by displaying something else and providing a different one and then informing that return cannot be processed as the MERCHANT VALIDATED THE PRODUCT!!!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
