Vodafone And Idea VI - Incorrect ISD charges
RC GOYAL filed complaint against Vodafone And Idea VI on Jul 3, 2021
The company activates and deactivates ISD based on their own without any intimation from me. They have activated ISD and then charged me Rs ***.
I have not made any call to activate ISD and they cant show me proof of that either. Complete harassment by their customer service team - on call, on WhatsApp. Harassment of an ** year old man.
