Daljeet Singh filed complaint against Havells on Feb 14, 2020
I purchased a **L Water Geyser from Havells. Model Name is Adonia **L. A service engineer from Havells itself came to install the same. But he installed it incorrectly. The fastener didn't penetrated the brick, it was just stuck in the Wall putty. And last week the geyser suddenly fell down on the Toilet seat. Geyser body was cracked obviously, toilet seat worth rupees ***** broken. Both Angle Cocks with Wall Flanges and wall tile broken. Due to this negligence of the installation engineer, me or my family member could have died if I was sit on the toilet seat at that time. Geyser full of **L water could have been fell on someone's head. But, now company "Havells" is not taking any responsibility. I am just asking them to replace the geyser; I am bearing all other expenses myself. But they (customer service) are simply refusing to do so. I filed an official request for the same and request number is "*************". I have spoken to Deepak (Havells Service Centre, Ghaziabad). His number is **-**********. Please provide a solution for the same.
