Zamato - Incorrect food delivery and ignoring my mails

I placed a food order on Zomato, but they delivered the wrong items, which were of a much lower value than what I paid for. I immediately raised a complaint through their support system and requested either a refund or replacement of the correct items. However, Zomato denied my request and casually stated that they will “keep it in mind” for next time. This response is unacceptable. I paid for specific food, and not only did I not receive it, but I also faced inconvenience, hunger, and disappointment. Their refusal to refund or exchange the order shows complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I am filing this complaint to seek fair redressal for the money I spent and the poor treatment I received. It’s not just about the money—it’s about the basic right to receive what I paid for.
