Zamato - Food not delivered and no refund

Dear team
I came from work and order food. When driver called me he said he reached my location and asked me to come down. Explained him to open the gate come to the *st floor. He refused and asked me to come as he couldn’t understand my language as he could speak Tamil and I don’t understand Tamil. One person from customer care he called me and blamed me saying that driver is waiting and even u don’t want to come outside. I was waiting outside which is not safe and I couldn’t see the driver. I asked to come straight I don’t know where her went. I asked to cancel my order Cz it was not safe to wait outside. It’s ****hr I’m awake , hungry ate nothing calling and mesgs so many times but no reply no acknowledgement. No refund Cz it my fault that I don’t speak or understand Tamil.
Customer care people or for help not to blame. I need my money back
Previous ***credit also gone Cz that person was rude with me
Means I’m not having anything but Zamato is making money like this by not giving any food to me
I need to reply or a action and some solution
The money which I paid I guess the driver must have ate that food

I called them so many time on that day no one receveied no one was aviable on chat. Mailed them I got the reply that it's as per new pilocy
Which is not correct cz they don't understand engkish or Hindi.
