While using Wazirx exchange's P*P service, I forwarded Rs **** to a seller and was expecting the delivery of a certain crypto asset in return but that never arrived so account went under dispute. Wazirx then didn't notify or provide any updates till I started messaging them on twitter. And then finally, they settled it after ** days but incorrectly as they claimed I never "forwarded the money" when I literally shared my bank statement with them. I think they've purposefully settled this dispute against me as I was criticizing them on twitter and the tweets got some engagement as well. Incredibly shady and malicious behavior and they should not be allowed to get away with this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
