Pepperfry.com - Incorrect details given by customer care pepperfry to sell products

I wanted to purchase clothes drying stand and so chose one option on their sit but before placing order i checked on customer care whether its rust free or not and they said its rust free. but later it got delivered and i found its not rust free. purchased happened in the month of oct **** and since then i am chasing them for return and it is just not happening. customer care people are way too rude and they just dont listen. i cant express the trauma i went through in dealing with these people. This site should be blacklisted.

I approached these people on the fb page too given i received no response on call but they are not helping. I ended up putting the unused brand new item on OLX and still struggling to sell that item even at a lesser price. I want ***% refund of my money now for undergoing so much of stress and investing hell lot of time
