I placed an order with myntra containing * suits , * Indo Era Kurta Set, * house of Pataudi Kurta Set, * Kalini Kurta sets( same style,same color) just different sized XL, XXL
Myntra delivery agents * packages on friday **th feb, when opened we found out * kurta sets (* indo era and * house of pataudi) to be delivered as we expected but *th package was not good, Instead of the * kalini kurta sets it had a crappy kurta and bottom in a torn and damaged condition without brand and tag, and this was no where closed to what I had ordered.
I immediately indulged with Customer care and informed about this issue first on chat , it went on for * hours , customer care didnt understand the issue and kept on saying return will only happen if it has proper seal and tag attached even after I informed them that this is how crappy piece delivered to us , its a wrong product I didnt order it.
Finally after wasting * hours on the chat, I got on a phone call and customer care guy Rohit said its a invoice interchange issue , hewill raise a complaint once claim will be approved return pick up will be done and I will get refund of my kurta sets which were not delivered
But a day after that I got an update on the claim saying that quality check was done and return cant be done due to no tag no brand name ,
Now can you imagine a situation of a regular customer who ordered something and received a damaged product
I got on a call with myntra and talked with the supervisor Juhi this time , she raised the claim again and said that claim is approved , the wrong product in whichever condtion it is will be picked up in * working days but it didnt happen till now every other day I am struggling and engaging with customer care with not much of a help from their end
Its been almost a month and this has been going a loop that every other day When I ask them about return the change the status to return approved and after few days return status is cancelled , and We are stuck with a wrong damaged product with our money gone.
I also wrote to a myntra grievance team on **th Feb but never received any response from them.
This is really annoying and mentally harassing for a customer who has been a regular shopper on Myntra for decade and earned the title of Icon.
This is a huge scam running in myntra not sure who is running it , may be the courier facility or delivery guys but this is worth investigating but Myntra instead of doing that kept customer engaged and fooled in the last one month.
This is really annoying and mentally harassing for me and my aged parents who live in India for whom I placed this order , this situation is now forcing me to take a legal step in this regard.
On the compensation side I want to charge them heavily and make them learn a lesson that they cant keep nagging and fool a customer and keep him hanging around for a month after taking money from him
Cost of the * items never delivered-Around Rs ****
I live abroad and I had to pay international roaming every time I called them so total ****
Lawyer fees ****
Heavy penalty for the mental harassment they caused to me and my parents
Kindly help me with this concern, I am attaching the order details, suits I expected and what I received instead
Also the screenshots of the complaints raised in this matter and procrastination and no care attitude by Myntra customer care.
