Zest Money - Incorrect Credit Reporting for IIFL Consumer Loan account number Loan ID and Loan ID

Dear ZestMoney,

My credit report is still not corrected. My account still shows that I have been reported for delay in payment

As I have informed you in the past the credit report shows that loan account SL******* was negatively reported to credit bureau as ** days past due in December ****. The closed dated for this account shows as **/**/**** whereas I have paid the complete amount on **/**/**** and the same can be verified on your portal as well as my bank statement.

The same is with loan account number SL******* where it was reported as *** days in January **** and ** days in December. The closed dated for this account shows as **/**/**** whereas I have paid the complete amount on **/**/****.

Request you to kindly get the past due status removed and my credit report cleared at the earliest.

Let me know if you need any information from me and do revert with a solution at the earliest.
