IDFC first bank - Incorrect CIBIl reporting by IDFC Bank

Hi,
I have purchased some item from Flipkart Pay later for which IDFC first bank is the lending partner.

From day one of using Flipkart pay later, I never delayed any repayment that can be clearly visible from my flipkart pay later dashboard, till March'** all the dues has been cleared.
In the last week of March'** when I was checking my CIBIL report, I got to know that there is a IDFC bank overdue loan of Rs**** and the last reportee date by IDFC bank was **/**/****, I checked in IDFC bank portal, and I saw there are * loan accounts ********, ******** (Rs ****), ******** (Re ***), ********(Rs***) and ******** (Rs ****, monthly EMI ****) shows EMI payment missed and overdue. Since I have not taken any direct loan from IDFC bank and all these transactions done through flipkart paylater, so I checked with IDFC bank customer service team, they also confirmed that these are flipkart pay later transaction those are not paid off.
I was like, "what!!!!!!!...seriously...."
I emailed them all the screenshots of monthly payment I have made towards my Paylater account and sent the flipkart Paylater dashboard screenshot as well, where it shows due till March is cleared.

IDFC bank created a case ID #**********, and they asked me to wait for * working days , they will give me an update and it might take ** days for the credit report to get update.

I also checked with flipkart they are also waiting for an update from the bank. Since I didn't receive any update from the bank I reached out to there CS again amd they are saying we are still waiting for an update.

Due to all this mesh created by IDFC bank my credit score falled down to *** and I'm not eligible for any personal loan, without even doing anything.

Please help me in getting this resolved, I'm nit able ti figure out hiw to tackle this situation.
