Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Private Limited - Incorrect blood sugar reports

its been almost ** years I take my mom for sugar test, at Vijaya Diagnostic centre himayath nagar Hyderabad.

usually the sugar levels are above normal but not high. But today when we got the tests done the reports shows incorrect. the reason I say incorrect is normally in sugar test is done taking blood sample twice, * is fasting and other is post lunch. So if either of the result is not normal then the other result also will be incorrect or some time nearest. Hence today when checked we got fasting normal but post lunch report was high. Ideally it should be nearest. When i compained the diagnostic centre about this. the call center refused to accept and I only asked them technically how its possible. They failed to explain inturn arguing with me which made me feel like I have to escalate someone who understands. Kindly lets make truth visible to others and lets stop these commercial centers stop fooling people by sending incorrect values. Thank you.
