At CHANDANAGAR branch, for * investigation tests, the total amount before senior citizen concession was Rs. ****/- ( UHID no. ******) and I was told that ** percent is the concession for senior citizens. Then the bill amount should be Rs. ****/-. However they charged me Rs. ****/- .
