Hi,
I have activated international roaming pack with my Vodafone postpaid number and travelled to Sydney via Srilanka & Malaysia. During the international roaming i have consumed ** MB of data and they have charged *****.* INR (i.e. *.** Rs per **KB), though my pack is on active mode; But they are claiming that IR pack is inactive. International roaming pack activation for Australian network specifically requested and activated before my travel; But, the sim has selected the signal with Telstra network. There many technical hindrances with Vodafone network during international travel. I request Vodafone to revise this unethical billing amount immediately.
