rohit filed complaint against Vodafone on Dec 30, 2020
I have had huge issues with Vodafone during November where my plan was getting changed without my consent daily and a new callertune was getting set all the time for which I also raised the complaint (all communication emails below). Also, I got a confirmation (mail below) for any incorrect charges due to this system issue , my bill will be adjusted.
Then I decided to port the number to Reliance Jio, which I ported and started using Jio from **th Nov. I cleared my dues on **st Nov of Rs*** and on **th Nov I got a confirmation email (mail below) that there are No Dues.
After i have ported to Reliance Jio from **th Nov , Vodafone is now charging me from **th nov to **th dec Rs*****???? How can Vodafone charge me for the period when I am using JIO. All dues was cleared on **st Nov Rs***. Also, on **th Nov - i have received an email from Vodafone (below) that there is NO DUE.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
