I am on international roaming and the company has charged me for several calls that I never received. I got my billing details from one of the Vodafone store and to my surprise there were quite a number of calls that was different from my phone log book. I sent an email to the appellate email id but the response was negative. I am ***% sure that I did not pick up or receive majority of the calls mentioned in my billing details hence I need assistance to get the refund back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
