Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans
The issue that I have experienced was: In Post paid vodafone sim , I had a balance of ****.** Rs. Vodafone has transferred that money to somewhere else and reduced my balance to ZERO. When I contacted vodafone about this, initially they responded where it is transferred and asked my bank statement. After I provided my bank statement statting it has not come to me, they have stopped responding to me.
It occurred on: */**/****
Vodafone to resolve by returning ****.** RS into my phone account
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
