Raghuvaran Pothuganti filed complaint against Airtel thanks app on Dec 4, 2022
My broadband connection was disconnected on Oct **th or **th and so number of days of active connection in that bill cycle was only * or ** days so my bill should be around ***-***rs. But received full month bill. Most pathetic and funny part is i kept on raising this issue in Twitter Airtel cares, so many executives responded but no resolution till now. Even now i'm getting calls from another division of Airtel team asking me to pay the full month bill even after told these guys over *-* times that bill is incorrect. God help Airtel
