Sushil Kumar Sinha filed complaint against Vodafone on Jul 22, 2020
I requested porting on **th June ****, after that I received a call from Vodafone backend team to not to switch to another service provider. Hence she offered me INR Rs **/- discount with ** GB extra data on my current plan (*** per month with unlimited call, *** SMS and ** GM monthly data).
Now I received a bill of INR *** /-. For salutation I connected with your CC executive Mr. Mohan and SR. Executive Mr. Chandan Pal but they denied to resolve my problem. However they informed me that my plan is changed with new plan *** /- Monthly without any information.
Hence I request you to please look into this matter and resolve the problem of extra amounts in my bill. Also note I have already paid INR Rs ***/- for the month of June ****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
