I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unauthorised additional charge applied during my day use room stay on ** June ****. At the time of booking, I selected * adult on your website. However, your website displayed identical pricing for both single and double occupancy for this day use room on this date. Despite this, upon check-in, your staff charged me an additional ₹*,*** citing that a second guest was present and that it is hotel policy to charge extra for double occupancy.
This charge is unjustified for two clear reasons:
*. Your own website shows the same rate for single and double occupancy for this room type and date — meaning there is no pricing difference to justify the additional charge.
*. If there is indeed a difference in policy versus what your website displays, this constitutes a technical error or misrepresentation on your platform, for which the guest cannot be held financially liable.
I have attached screenshots of your website clearly showing identical pricing for single and double occupancy as proof.

I request a full refund of ₹*,***
