Lemon Tree Hotel - Cancellation

I had booked a room at the Lemon tree Hotel Gachibowli last Monday i.e **/**/**, and I had to cancel the booking as I had some change of plans. Tried to cancel through the website but that was not working. Tried different numbers and mailed several people regarding the issue and after * hours I get a reply saying it will take more than * to ** days to initiate the refund. They have taken ***% advance and it was nowhere mentioned that it would take * days for them just to initiate the refund which is not acceptable. I have been to a lot of hotels and due to some reasons whenever I had to cancel I didn't face any such problem with the hotel and got the refund in max * days. I am currently in short of liquid cash and I wanted them to look into this asap but no one really cares. Seriously the worst management ever. Infact the room was not even cancelled when I tried checking the status. The way they speak and treat their customers is insane.
Pls look into this and do the needful
