Henry harvin Education - Incompletion of Course on time and closed my account

I enrolled for French Kids A* and A* batch on **th Oct'**. At the time of admission, Henry Harvin counsellor said that batch will start at * pm or whatever time suits you, you can join the batch. So may times I asked them for * pm to * pm batch. They started the French Kids A* batch in May'** at * pm and never started French Kids A* batch at * pm. Since May'**, they are calling me to renew the membership. They donot start the batch on time. I wrote so many mails regarding starting of batch but they reply only the same thing that concerned department will contact you shortly and through call also the same. They called me many times for renewal of membership but not started the batch at * pm to * pm
