I ordered ** qty of solar lights on ** oct **** and paid ₹**** for the said items. On **Oct **** ,a package was delivered with only one light inside it. I registered a complaint for incomplete supply the same day . After several days I received a mail from meesho saying that the refund is not possible as return percentage is high. Now on contacting their customer care it say we are helpless and on dropping the mail, it says that their mail window is closed. This attitude is deceitful on part of meesho . Request to help me in getting my balance amount refunded pl.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
