I had ordered * prepaid item from Myntra which they divided into * packets .. containing * items in * packet and * item in other .. I received the packet with * items .. which was ok .. other packed showed * items but it contained only * items in it .. I called same time to the Myntra customer care but they didn’t took my complaint saying I need to wait for ** hrs to update the system .. after ** hrs I called nd registered complaint which took ** mins to get register as the person I was talking was not able to register complaint properly.. I even asked them to connect my call to senior executive but they didn’t not pursue it .. now they are closing my complaining say we have delivered all the items in the packet .. but the packet in which I received * items is so small that it can’t carry more then * items in it .. I don’t understand why these people are cheating like this to customers who pay them advance.. now I want pursue legal action against them .. it’s not about items but these fake nd unfaithful companies should be taught lesson .. plz guide how file a legal complaint of them
