i have purchased lehenga from brandfactory online. They delivered only kurti, lehenga nd dupatta were missing. I called them about *** time. They didn't pick my call. I visted their physical store at indore. They also refused to help me regarding issue. My **** rs wasted. Brand factory online is fraud company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
