Pepperfry furniture - Incomplete package and delay in assembly

I had ordered a tv unit from Pepperfry with the help of the local sales person from Porvorim, Goa showroom. The unit came incomplete with one missing piece, so I raised a complaint and sent an email to return the item. Just a reply mail was received saying the matter will be looked into. I wasn't informed whether the unit will be returned or the piece sent and when. The opened incomplete assembly has been lying in my living room as an eyesore for the last * weeks. * days back the missing part was sent and now I am begging to send the assembly person. I have never had such an experience with any online shopping platform. It has been a greatly disturbing and frustrating experience. The order number is *********. Can u please look into this matter.
