Witty cart - Incomplete order low quality product wrong size

I have order ** no. of WC heavy duty sneakers (for size ** & **) by cash on delivery option(Rs **** /-) and I have got * issues after receiving my order today on **th April'****:
*.only one pair of shoe only (size ** which is wrong size),so another item is missing.
*. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product.
Also, there is no any contact no. to make my complaint only one email ID is there info@wittycart.com where I have sent my complain already
