Witty cart - Faulty smartwatch delivered

I had ordered a smartwatch from wittycart on * th july **** however received a faulty item. Hence I requested refund from wittycart, they asked to return the item. I returned the item by DTDC Courier on ** th July **** but still I didn't receive the refund. I had written e mail in this regard to wittycart and send several reminders but got no response.
