I have order food from uber eats and on **th Feb ****. I order * butter chicken combo which includes ( *plate butter chicken and * roties and * cold drink per combo) And extra * roties but when I received the order there are only two roties and * plate butter chicken in that it means my extra * roties + * roties from combo are missing. So I called them and ask to deliver remaining order they said they can deliver the order to raise a ticket from their app wait for ** hr. Now it's * days I didn't get any solution when I'm calling they are saying we have taken your feedback and it will not happen in future. But what about my money?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
