Westside com - Incomplete order

I had ordered two jeans from westside(lov)
Of blue and grey only one item was delivered on **-**-**** but in the app both was showing delivered and from the delivery company I had only received tracking ID for the blue jeans, I guess the product was not shipped itself, It's been more than one month since this issue has happened at starting they were atleast replying for my raised tickets and mails(auto generated replies) but now neither they reply nor they are looking into the matter and the customer care helpline is not connecting from one month and when the *st time the call was connected she told that I will receive a mail regarding the issue within ** hrs but I didn't get any response from westside and last week when the call was connected she told they will look into this and just ended the call .
To order in COD form the option is only not available. I just want the refund for the order.
