Dear Team,
I am writing to formally escalate my complaint against Westside regarding my order (Order No:******* ______), which is incorrectly marked as delivered, while I have not received it.
Despite raising this issue multiple times over email, I have not received any proper response or resolution. The lack of accountability and highly irresponsible handling of customer concerns is extremely disappointing. There has been no grievance redressal from your end so far.
The payment for this order has already been made, and such negligence is unacceptable. I request you to treat this matter with urgency and:
Investigate the incorrect delivery status
Provide immediate delivery of the order OR initiate a full refund
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within the next ** hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through appropriate legal and consumer forums.
I expect a prompt and responsible response from your team.
