Zerodha - Incomplete information provided by the broker

incomplete information was given to me because of which i have faced a huge loss.

You can check the following points which are mentioned in page no * in the IBT guidelines.

The client is aware that trading over the internet involves many uncertain factors and complex hardware, software, systems, communication lines, peripherals, etc. are susceptible to interruptions and dislocations. The Stockbroker and the Exchange do not make any representation or warranty that the Stock broker’s IBT Service will be available to the Client at all times without any interruption.
My reply: My query is not included under uncertain factors, as it is a software development negligence not an instance that occurs every now and then, basically the feature is not there on the app itself.
The Client shall not have any claim against the Exchange or the Stockbroker on account of any suspension, interruption, non-availability, or malfunctioning of the Stockbroker’s IBT System or Service or the Exchange’s service or systems or non-execution of his orders due to any link/system failure at the Client/Stock brokers/Exchange end for any reason beyond the control of the stock broker/Exchanges
For non-availability of IBT or service or system due to any failure beyond the control of stock exchange, I am not claiming on above mentioned criteria.
My reply: I claiming on the grounds of product not as per description, incomplete information provided to the client and basic feature not available to user.
