Zerodha - Facing loss due to the company

I have placed SL order with the same target of *** and *** (was editing it to *** but by that time the order executed with ***, now the price is ***), but it executed at ***, customer care is telling because of volatility it is executed. I have been using this zerodha from past one year. I used to keep the same kind of all the time. but I never faced this issue. I have lost so much in the market at least help me out to book minimum profits. So because of this problem I have lost ****+ brokerage. I want my money back (if it *** then ****+ brokerage, because of you people I have lost everything). Previously also I lost because of their technical issues
