Flipkart - Incomplete and wrong package delivery

I ordered vip echolite suitcase set of * on **th may **** and prepaid ***** rupees for this. Order was delivered on **th. In that box only one suitcase is there and that's of another brand and colour which I didn't order. Overall, the full product was wrongly delivered. I rechecked but the parcel showed my name and address and Flipkart also showed order delivered . Immediately, I requested for return and refund . Today is *th june and I've requested more than * times and everytime my return and refund request has been rejected. Everytime they asked for packaging and product images and aadhar details. I sent it to them everytime and it got rejected . I've contacted everyone, also send a lot of mail regarding this, talk a dozen of customer service agents but nothing happened. Now I can't request another time because the return policy ends. I've been flipkart customer since ages and also taken Flipkart plus membership but they don't even care their customer's time and money. This feels frustrating and disappointing at the same time. I also asked for seller's contact number so i can talk to them myself but Flipkart can't even do that. When it is In the return policy, they asked for time and to wait and now when it ends then don't even bother. I got a useless bag worth *****. I'll make sure never ever shop anything from Flipkart again however tempting the deal is.
