Nishant Narang filed complaint against Vi India on Dec 31, 2021
From the last *-* months i am facing the issue of 'No incoming' to my Vi postpaid number. Every time at the time of bill payment they call me to pay the bill than the number will surely be activated (both incoming & outgoing) but has not been activated till now. I am paying bills of my number without getting a single incoming call, message to OTP, due to which I am facing lot of issues as I have only shared my this no to everywhere such as to banks, office etc. Also, I am not able to pay from my bank/atm as OTP is not coimg to this no.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
