Lokendra Singh filed complaint against Healthifyme on Jul 26, 2021
I downloaded their app and their consultant called me and share all the details with me. Her name is Ms. Dimple Gautam and during our entire call, she was polite and solved my queries.
She told me to confirm in one hour. I found their prices high so i said NO to their plan and Thanked her for being so polite.
As i said NO over the chat she got furious and started using insulting words like "i wastwd her time", "my queries were foolish". When i said that i will raise her complaint to her higher management, she replied "do whatever you want to". Also she said that Now she is raising a complaint against me as 'annoying client' and started playing "Female Card". She also shared screenshot of her complaint and shared with me to threaten me.
I have saved entire chat and now searching out for an authentic contact of HEALTHIFYME to escalate this issue and take appropriate action against her.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
