My product was a bed ordered online from pepperfry India stated to be with side drawers and as well as storage but to my amazement it was having no planks beneath i am not able to store my goods as they will be in contact with moisture of the ground and would detoriate my goods. The exact product i orederd as per their descriptions was order no ********* Tsukiko Queen Size Bed with Side Drawers & Storage in Wenge Finish by Mintwud . But to my utter disapointment they rejected and refused very harshly that they will not supply any planks underneath as they have been supplying it in the same way since days.Now guys just imagiine a big furniture company like them if states that there is a storage in a bed and later after buying it and getting delivered and then getting it assembled come to know that there are no planks then do we expect such a rude reply??? Very disheartened by the way the world has changed but people are looting all over.
