Meesho - In correct Product Delivered

I ordered Mayawati Yellow saree from Meesho, instead I git a yellow colour Lenhga.
I immediately raise returned; the courier guy denied picking up the product as the picture he was given was not matching. My reason og return was the incorrect product send How can I hand over the correct product which I had initially ordered. I had also posted picture of the wrong product I had received. but the customer care executives denied my request saying they send the right product also they did not follow the escalation process, I repeatedly kept on asking for a supervisor on the call which they denied, had no intention to help a customer. Please help the amount is not huge but this this not the correct way of , its still a loss for me as I did not get the
