Flipkart - In correct CIBIL reporting

I made a purchase on flipkart using the cardless credit option provided by flipkart. The purchase was made on **th July ****. I paid off the same in the following three months. I was under the impression that the same is cleared and is soughted. Now i applied for a personal loan and it got rejected for the reason that i have not paid the same balance and i am a defaulter. I checked my cibil report and yes this is showing as an unpaid balance. This is pure case of negligence and felt defamed, my image tarnished before my banker. Will want help from your esteemed fouram to get this off my credit report at the same time i want to claim a compensation of Rs * lakh for tarnishing my reputation and making me go through this trauma. I would like to add that i have reached out to Flipkart via calls and chats to no help. I was promised that i will get a call back from the relevant team which never happened. Kindly look into my plea Thanks and regards.
