Dell Computers - Improper onsite service led to whole system failure

Faced a not charging battery issue. Decided to change dc port and battery as per dell support. However, the technicians changed the dc port with all components attached ans ultimately fried the motherboard. Dell offered free replacement for motherboard, * dc ports, battery and cable. However only received motherboard, battery, cable and * dc port. Problem is their lack of training led to whole system collapse and the team offered **days warranty for new motherboard. The system could be working for another year or two with the old motherboard if the technicians have done their Job professionally. Moreover, the head tried to cut the call without resolving the issue showing his highly professional nature.
