I purchased a Laptop Dell Inspirion on **/**/**** from Advance Info Distributors Pvt Ltd. The owner assured me that If there is any complaint or fault in my laptop then they have the policy to replace it if there is any problem within ** days of the purchase.
My laptop has so many issues which the Dell India company technicians have tried to resolve, but they are not able to rectify the problem. They are not giving me a replacement nor refund for the sale of faulty products. Moreover, they charged me **** for an extended warranty. Which states if there is any problem then i will get the replacement.
I was assured today that Mr Mayank has updated my BIOS and I will not face any problem.. But tonight on **/**/**** at around **.** my laptop again gave repeated message that BIOS has been corrupted and it got shutdown automatically.. Firmware started to update again after so many Dell engineers updated my BIOS..
This system is faulty no one is understanding my problem.. Neither Dealer neither Dell Company...
I am disappointed with the company as they are no replacing my faulty product and the Distributor whos name is Advance Info Distributors Pvt Ltd is not responding to my complaints since the day i bought this laptop. From the *st day of the purchase of this laptop i am facing problem
I feel cheated....
