I had purchased an Amaron battery from Auto Electric Works, Kantatoli, Ranchi on **/**/****. The guarantee on battery was of * years. But for last * months the battery is not working properly and backup is very poor. I complaint to the shopkeeper but he didn't respond. I complaint to the customer care service of Amaron Battery. They register my complain and gave me a complaint number. Later I got twice message in my WhatsApp that the service person will visit soon to check the battery but no one arrived. When I called back to the service person, no-one picked my call. I'm fed up of these kinds of treatment to me.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem at the earliest.
