Amaron Batteries Private Limited - Defective Amaron battery

I bought a Amaron battery from a local shop on **/**/**** when my old car battery was not giving enough power.

For a year there was no problem but suddenly on the road when ignition was turned off and started, it did not respond, and had to push in the middle of the road. After doing a jump start managed to bring the car to home. Called the person from whom I bought it, and after two days he sent a boy to collect it. He collected and retuened after three days and took ***rs as service charge and said no complaint, all working fine.

Then it worked for next one year without any problem. After that same issue started. So, we started to use another car often. During cleaning, I noticed acid corrosion on the car body, so disconnected the battery and kept it on the table to take it to the shop next day. Morning I saw, the table had all acid leaked and table was damaged.
So, I gave it for checkup, and after few days they returned saying no complaint. But since I had a doubt about the service, I had removed the cap of the battery to check if water was less. And one of the cell was fully drained. In the report they did not mention anything about that the first time and now. Repeatedly I am askimg them to check the leakage, and for them there is no leakage. I have all the proof of photos and reports they shared both the times.
