BASICS RETAIL SHOWROOM - ILLTREATMENT IN BASICS NAGERCOIL

I was given a gift that was bought from Basics for my **th birthday. The size didn't fit but I was told that the size can be changed if the tag remains. I tried the shirt the next day but the size didnt fit. The shirt was too small and I went to the store to return it. The sales person asked for the tag and when given the tag the sale person started accusing that the shirt was smelly and it was worn for a longer duration. What was hurting esp. for a ** year old senior citizen in addition to being a called liar is being disrespectful and the treatment meted out. I left the shirt in the store and returned keeping my honor intact. I dont want any money back. It was a gift from my son. The disrespect has to be compensated for.
