Request the senior management's intervention to look into these above mentioned issues. Request on priority to deduct Rs.***/- COVID charges and any associated penalty so that I can settle my bills, or provide me a reasonable amount as waiver for the disruption in services - housekeeping for * months, Wifi for * month and water supply for * day.
Also kindly request you to take action on the property manager's threatening behaviour as this is not the way a tenant should be treated by a renowned property management team like Zolo.
