Delhivery Courier Pvt Ltd - ILLEGALLY HOLDING MY PACKAGE AND NOT DELIVERING

I ordered a machine for my business purpose on **th August. The supplier shipped it on **th August via Delhivery. It reached their bhiwandi hub on **th August. Since then there is no update on delivery. When I tried calling their customer service it is closed, I tried calling their hub and the phone number is switched off.
I sent an email and got a response that it will be delivered within * days and my issue has been escalated. Ever since no update. They are not replying to my email, nor responding on twitter or Facebook. I am feeling helpless since there isn't any way to catch hold anyone from Delhivery. I cannot get out to their hub due to lockdown restrictions.
My business production is on hold and I am losing money. The business is already down due to pandemic and this is adding fuel to the fire.
