i have bsnl pre paid mobile no. **********, since **.**.**** bsnl illegally deducting @ Rs.**.** from my main balance in each interval of ** days in the name of service game without my any connect and till the date bsnl has deducted Rs.**.** illegally. since then i am trying to stop this service but they are not responded i have also sent sms of STOP to ****** to unsubscribe this service but they are not responding and continuously deducting @ rs.**.** in interval of each ** days . kindly look into the matter so that my illegally deducted amount may be refunded by the bsnl. thanks sir
